We have seen the story repeat itself time and time again. 'They are not eating the pets in Springfield, Ohio,' 'ufos are not real,' 'the world is running out off crude,' etc., etc. Now weather modification is claimed by the government as the latest tin-hat conspiracy. Is there any wonder that discerning human beings do not believe their government anymore. Government officials label their citizens as mis and disinformation purveyors, while they themselves are the biggest propaganda hounds around baying falsehoods into the ears of the American public. Regarding this one, all we need do is look up in the sky to see they are lying with impunity to us. Worse yet, like mad chemists fooling around in a grand 'sky laboratory,' they do not a clue what they are doing. What is this costing you and I and for what?

Well, when Congress appropriates huge amounts of money, pay scant attention to the details of how it will be used, and continue to increase those amounts each year with no real oversight, what does one expect? The answer to most of Americas’s biggest problems is reducing the size of the Federal Government, a lot.

Starting at around 2:50, Dr. David Walker, USAF states that they have used HAARP for experimentation, but that its work is finished there, and they are "moving on to other ways of managing the ionosphere - which is what the HAARP was really designed to do - to inject energy into the ionosphere and be able to actually control it...but that work has been completed." (They can actually lift sections of the ionosphere).

The 'other ways of managing the ionosphere' - would likely mean orbital, or space-based control.

When turned on, it's putting out tremendous power which raises the ionosphere, creating a vacuum that gets filled with surrounding atmosphere causing the jet stream to move. This causes changes in weather patterns which result in adverse effects to our ecosystem. Several countries have this technology (Russia, China, Australia, to name a few), and they are occasionally used maliciously.

Bouncing kilowatts of power off the ionosphere also results in harmonic disruption to tectonic plates below as the vibrations trigger a slip in the plates - which was reproduced in a lab using the same principals but scaled down (obviously).

People sign NDAs and are subject to prosecution just like any other state-secrets and thus you're able to keep the real details quiet. Scientists are paid employees, just like doctors. If you think their credentials imbue them with a spark of morality that prevents them from participating in global chaos then you're an adorable dreamer who has led a very sheltered life and some truths are too painful to face.
