She was taken into custody as soon as the judge adjourned. She will spend 6 months in our local county jail, then be transferred to DOC for the rest of her time.

Did Peter’s consult with an attorney prior to her actions? Does she have written documentation of those contacts and an attorney’s opinion on her proposed actions?

I feel sorry for her and believe the sentence is excessive.

Sadly, theccontinued fallout from contact with Mike Lindell continues. His 2021 Cyber Symposium was a farce and he never could prove what he claimed with the packet captures - not in 2021 and not in 2024.

Schmucks like Lindell, Conan James Hayes, and the like did Peters and others no favors with their claims.

I said that yesterday. She took up with the wrong crowd on this one. Lindell, it's my understanding, was paying her legal fees at one point. Not sure if that's still the case or what. I can say her attorneys were crackpots. She did what she did. What is frustrating is that she actually did obtain evidence that records that should have been kept were deleted. She made mistakes, she went about it the wrong way in some ways, but...we're not talking about the result at all. Just the crime. Quite honestly, if my County Clerk finds discrepancies, I WANT them to investigate, and in many ways, that is what she was doing: her job. She went about it the wrong way, though, unfortunately.
