HTML Sandbox has instructions on how to post images.
You need some place where you can store the image and display it directly via an HTTP request. That's why you can't store it on your home computer - because we don't have a way to get to your computer via the web. I don't know if Canva allows you to share the image location directly.

If you use Microsoft Edge, it is just click-click-click.
One down side...
MSFT Edge is super sensitive to copyright protection.
It will not allow you to post copyright protected images.
If you want to try the Edge system, go to Microsoft Bing Search for excellent step by step instruction.
