Permit me to explain why that is, based on information that came to my attention a few days ago. Currently there are in the neighborhood of 43 million adults in America who are unable to read at the third-grade level. That is the legacy of decades of public school systems and teachers unions throughout the country that are responsible for the employment of so-called teachers who are highly UNQUALIFIED and shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near a school.
