My theory:
This guy was on the Intelligence Community’s radar for a long while.
He was ‘recruited’ by the Clinton Arkansas Mafia along with the Deep State.
He was in the area for awhile awaiting the ‘Go’ word.
He was tipped off by somebody on the Secret Service inside because the golf outing WAS NOT on the President’s weekly planner.
