Liberal attempts to “game the system” in a swing state just took a big loss.
In a Friday ruling, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court vacated a lower court decision that found a state law requiring mail-in ballots to be dated correctly was unconstitutional.
And Republicans nationally are hailing the decision.

Note: Congress provides an annual appropriation to the USPS to compensate the USPS for revenue lost from providing free services to overseas voters. In fiscal year 2023, the appropriation was about $50 million.

That silly piece of paper calls for a 24 hour only voting period for each state...doesnt have to be the same day...but only 24 hours for each state.
I can see how, wich communications so rapid these days compared to the 1800s :), that same day voting for all states is important.
But with the increase in technology...24 hours only voting should be EASIER to accomplish.
Seems like the constitution is one of those pick as needed documents for dems...if they beileve in it at all

It is all so amusing to those of us that are familiar with history.
I’m reading a great book about the 1898 reinstated institution of white supremacy that was largely the Democrat Party activists killing and running off the properly elected black and white city officials of Wilmington, NC. They made clear that black people better not aspire to elective or appointive office as the Democrat Party was going to insure it no longer happened.
Yes, those days had their Mitt Romneys and Chris Christies as well because there were office holding establishment Republicans that played along. But the record makes clear that institutionalized White Supremacy’s creation was a Democrat Party central plank. The party was reinstituted by that plank.
The liberal News & Observer newspaper chain was bought out of failure and lead the charge of reinvigorated White Supremacy.
That’s certainly good news. But there’s bad news on the election interference front as well. The Michigan Supreme Court ruled that RFK Jr’s name will remain on the ballot. So we can probably kiss Michigan goodbye.
Forget the national polls, they don't mean nothing. It's the electoral system.
PA will very likely be THE KEY STATE for Trump followed by NC. He needs both, along with the other red states below! Track the polls in the important states for the winner -- barring a repeat of the 2020 stolen election.
And remember,PA "elected" a brain dead knuckle dragger as Senator over an articulate physician since 2020.
We don’t get this corrected until it becomes standard practice to impeach judges at all levels, whose decisions that are overturned on constitutional grounds by the most senior court. They cannot be permitted to push the edges of legality on the hope their decision will not be heard by a more superior court.

There was never a need for mail-in ballots here in Pennsylvania. We’ve always had absentee ballots. I used one once when I was recovering from a temporarily disabling illness.
In regard to Michigan, there is some good news.
There was a poll somewhere that said muslim voters in Michigan were more likely to vote for Jill Stein instead of Kamala Harris.
Another poll in Nevada claimed that muslim voters preferred President Trump over Harris.
Not so fast on the hailing, Republicans.
This is the same Supreme Court that ruled in direct opposition to law stating only the legislature can change the election laws.
My wife received a text today from “P&P” of which I have never heard of. It informed her that she was not registered to vote and that a registration form was mailed to our home. She is registered and always votes. It also encouraged her to vote for Kamala.
If it was mailed we did not receive it. If it was mailed, who did receive it? I smell vote fraud.
