The backpack apparently contained the broken down rifle, magazines and the programmable encoding transmitter (ostensibly to set off explosives like those in "his" (the ANTIFA activist, Max Yearick's dad, Roger's) van and at the Crooks home.
The plastic "clamp" might have been a monopod or bipod he optionally could have used to steady his weapon. Why would the FBI not want to limit disclosure about the backpack?
The roof shooter may have felt pressed for time to leave such a weapon-steadying bipod to behind in the backpack at the roof's edge after he may have been hastened by the cop who climbed upon onto the connecting walkway roof. He perhaps had also practiced resting his weapon on what all the planners knew was a "dangerously sloping roof." It would have to do, but perhaps that made his shots unsteady and less deadly!
Was the second counter-sniper team's kill shot delayed by plan to occur after that counter-sniper's count of 25 seconds following the first shot, so as to allow the shooter on the roof maximal time to get off as many shots as he could in those 25 (26) seconds? That would mean the Beaver County ESU sniper's shot 5-6 seconds after the first shot incapacitated the roof shooters weapon, quite possibly making it one of several Truly Providential acts in favor of PDJT and his supporters that afternoon. That SWAT guy is truly a hero on par with David against Goliath.
According to the acoustic videos I watched, the Beaver County ESU sniper’s shot was the 9th shot heard that disabled Crooks gun.
See how the lower of the three images in the bottom collage of post #20 shows other ways of having been manipulated. See the distorted-from-parallel roof ridge to the shooter's left.
Note the shooter's right hand. It's completely red. Is that from blood? Did some LEO not trust he was truly dead and want him cuffed? Would his cuff been so tight as to make his hand red and swollen without a pumping heart? Would the shooter have painted his hand with blood as part of a ritual blood sacrifice, like those Senior Executive Service (SES) members are typically steeped in? (Could this mean SES member Michael J. Plati was involved with that or even right there beside the shooter? See discussion earlier today about the resigning USSS Assistant Director, Office of Protective Operations Plati) If it wasn't the dead shooter painting his hand, it means someone from the LE/USSC/FBI would have had to do that, eh?
And where did all the blood from that headshot go? We have it on good authority that a high-powered gunshot to the head always sprays blood in many feet in every direction, but here, there's no apparent blood spray--or any blood seen at all--six inches away on the kid's T-shirt!?!? Whatup wit dat?
I believe this very, very likely points toward the part of this attempted assassination that one or more satanic individuals intended to be a ritual sacrifice. The SES would not dare approach such an event without their ritualistic trappings. It's who they are; it's what they do.
The shooters right hand is covered in blood because he was holding the AR with it and when he was killed instantly he slumped down on top of the gun with his hand underneath his head. That’s why it’s bloody. Look at the pic of him dead on the roof taken by one of the spectators. He’s resting on his side.
That’s awfully curious. His right hand is uniformly covered with blood, not as one might expect, to be covered only up to the lowest part that was adjacent to the roof as blood from his head would have flown past.
With such an exit wound behind his right ear “staring at all onlookers,” it couldn’t have seemed a possibility that he was anything but dead, such that a zip cuff would be totally unnecessary and would serve to pollute the crime scene far more than protect any LEO or bystander.
I know, someone will say it must have been department policy since back in ‘91 when some drug-crazed zombie came “back from the grave” to grab an officer’s gun and wound several bystanders.

Uh excuse me but ANY perp's dead body who attempts to assassinate the president of the United States should be kept in the freezer until members of Congress are able to view the body if need be. Anything short of that is immediate. 10 DAYS IS IMMEDIATE.
