I hope part of the plan is to ELIMINATE entire govt agencies.

start with Dept of Ed and Dept of Housing and Ghetto Development

(and while they’re at it, make sure to cut public funding to NPR)

Most, if not all, of those unconstitutional agencies were created to usurp state and local authority over various areas of life, such as education, and then use that stolen authority to control people from a centralized government that is as distant from the people as possible. Education, Energy, EPA, etc., they all need to go.

And the Dept of Energy and fire the 87,000 IRS agents.

Also, make the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms a chain store, instead of a government agency.
