Because, as we all know, RT has a direct line to whoever they want whenever they want to put a name to a story, anytime, anywhere. Even if that person is largely unknown, or has no news or media presence at all. Russia would never put out click bait propaganda, filter it through "legitmate" channels to hide its origins and give it credibility, and flood the information space to cloud any issue that affects perceptions of Russia. < /s >

“Ukrainian MP Mariana Bezuglaya, from Zelensky’s own party”
Mariana Bezuglaya is now an “Independent” disassociating from the political affiliations of the ‘Servant of the People.’
She has been quite controversial. An example is: On 5 May 2022, Bezuglaya submitted a draft law to the Verkhovna Rada (Ukraine’s national parliament) which could allow commanders to kill military personnel in a combat situation if they refused to follow orders.
At the time of the submission, during martial law and in a combat situation, commanders had the right to use weapons against violators of the charter “WITHOUT leading to the death of a serviceman”. This draft law would have removed this line.
The draft law proved highly controversial, and as such was withdrawn on the 24th May 2022.
