If this is a “rope a dope” ploy to concentrate all Uke reserves for a cut off, cauldron and annihilation, this is what you would expect. Planned or not, that is what is going to happen. The Ukes will take the Kursk nuke plant and barter it into Putin’s submission or the war will end much sooner because the Ukes are committing suicide in Kursk. We’ll know which in ten days or so.
