Minnesota’s voting machines scan a paper ballot that has been filled out. There is a paper trail. Omar won because her district is comprised of mainly liberal looney left-wing nut jobs. She also had three other challengers splitting the knot Omar vote on the Democrat side.
Plus I’m sure she did a bit of harvesting and ballet stuffing as well
The machines can still be hacked—even with a paper trail.
The reason is that the paper trail is irrelevant unless there is a post vote audit.
If she won by a wide margin (which she did) nobody is going to audit the paper.
