It isn’t stolen valor to me (68-76) but it does show a lack of integrity, a diminution of what honorable service he did accomplish while serving and an utter stupidity in this age of the internet. All he had to do was to complete the coursework but he opted for the easily checked lie counting on others’ gullibility.
