Every agent and officer who followed those orders are just as guilty as the ones who issued it.
The first response to such an order should have been to get the obvious target to safety.
There was far more than omission involved here. If they were ordered to stand down, then someone was orchestrating the entire thing.

who would accept such an order - unless they were unaware of danger on scene (lack of communication). also cannot believe the agents were on phones, not radios. a sniper had to handle a phone, taking his focus off the area to protect? whut?
If true, then any and all Whistleblowers need to testify in Congress. That’s the only way something like this will move on from a conspiracy theory.

Early on, cbgb, you said there would be communications issues involved because that is standard for government conspiracies. And it appears you were right. Communications were screwed up. I don’t know the details of how they were screwed up (phones versus radios) but Tony Seruga is reporting that FirstNet was the company responsible for the communications mess, and they have on their board of directors both Merrick Garland and Alejandro Mayorkas.
It seems to me that this goes all the way up to the top. And Chuck Schumer should be considered an accessory because he refused to do his Constitutional duty and try the impeachment of Mayorkas in the Senate.
It looks like the assassins (and I am convinced there were multiple assassins) had their communications working just fine.

The FACT that RFK's campaign has NO SS protection shows these orders likely came from the WHITE HOUSE.
