Terry Andrew Heflin, 45, the Democratic candidate for District 5 of the Clay County Commission, has been charged with seven counts of voter fraud with unlawful use of absentee ballots, Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall announced Wednesday.
The indictment against Heflin alleges he falsified applications to vote absentee for multiple people and used their names to vote for himself by the ballot.

The Democratic candidate for District 5 should be HANGED in the public square AFTER a fair trial of course.
Amber a bipartisan commission chaired by Liz Cheney could go look into this problem and get back to us in a few years with some recommendations on how to fix this.

Note the Constitution's “draconian” penalty, Section 2 of the 14th Amendment (14A), for states where seemingly one otherwise qualified voter has been wrongly disenfranchised. This is evidenced by strong wording in that section.
Excerpted from 14A:
"But when the right to vote at any election"
"is denied to any"
"or in any way abridged,"
"Section 2: Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election [all emphases added] for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State." Section 2 is basically asking the states what part of NO! don't they understand regarding ballot box fraud.
Pence and the J6 Congress wrongly obstructed due process of Section 2 (imo) when they voted to accept OBiden's electoral votes despite allegations of vote-counting problems.
Given that all the states are probably ignoring constitutional voting integrity safeguards, I wouldn't mind seeing the corrupt, tax-hungry House get temporarily closed down under that section for one election cycle.
Finally, let's not allow the anti-Trump media try to fade our memories of what we witnessed on July 13.
