Well yes — for one, he doesn’t know much about sound waves generated by supersonic objects. He at least recognizes that somewhat.

What are the major thing(s) he is wrong about?

The number of shots, which he puts at 10 (although he questions his #9 to some degree)?

The masking of some shots in the podium microphone recording(s) (the broadcast feeds) (because of auto-levelling or saturation in the audio feed or audio system)?

I guess it doesn’t do any “protection” so it might just be a nuisance, but I would think setting up three “shot detector” microphones (or whatever they are) would be helpful in these rare cases where there is a shooter(s).

I can’t imagine it would be a huge hassle or expense. Although just one more thing to claim “wasn’t recording at the time”.

I'm having some network trouble with the pc running my audio software, so I'll have to come back with more detail.

But in that video, at 6:30 he puts up a spreadsheet. It's poorly done, but he has 8 timestamped shots on it. The first three he has labeled "Gun #1", presumably Crooks. The others "Gun #2".

His first five are correct, but all have consistent specific parameters. All five should be identified as "Gun #1", or from Crooks.

Same is true for his "8th shot". It's entirely consistent with the first five. So right there, six total shots completely consistent with the first burst of three, fired by Crooks. But he's attributed them to two different guns.

His "7th shot" is a fair question. So is another shot he doesn't have listed with a timestamp.
