Casing, bullet, powder, primer = cartridge

commonLy used terms:

Brass =casing
Spent brass = a casing that has been fired, will have tell-tale evidence to differentiate from New unfired casing

a cartridge case holds unused ammunition, ie cartridges.
generally speaking Imo terms are incorrectly used interchangeably..but a cartridge case is an unused assembled object and a casing is part of an assembly that is either new or spent, and a case is part of a complete object that holds something such as a briefcase.

IOW, those two trails of facial blood tell a tale of gravity, not of spray, as Henchster has said. That would have been as his body was shielded just behind the podium by the USSS within the first few seconds after being shot.

(BTW, I've looked high and low for that famous image of PDJT kneeling with his elbows to the dais. It would show how gravity worked on PDJT's blood. I swear that image has been scrubbed from social media, probably because it allows PDJT to be seen in a sympathetic light. Perhaps someone here will post a link.)

Part of the problem with ever finding out what happened on 7/13/24 is that the liars have had 60 years of practice to hone their skills obfuscating assassination information.

As long as I've been on FR, there have been a handful of people that have defended the Warren Report and its conclusions as if they were handed down on Mt. Sinai. I'm assuming enough will buy the party line on this event that it will become the accepted history as years go on.

That's the first I've seen the new Martensen report. He is doing great work.

At 28:54 in his video, he shows the following photograph. Based on the officer body cam video this morning, it looks like that is the shooter's body, his weapon, and his backpack at the right side of the roof.

Questions:
1. Where was this aerial photo taken from? The water tower? A drone? If the water tower, why weren't these people doing surveillance?

2. If this aerial photo was taken after Crooks was killed, why isn't there any visible blood? Was it taken a moment after he was killed? All other photos show a lot of blood flowing down the rooftop to the right from his body.

3. It appears Crooks' rifle is already moved 6 to 8 feet away from the body. But there are no law enforcement or SS people on the roof to move the weapon. How did it get moved if there is nobody up there? From the deceased Crooks photo, it looks like it was an instantaneous lights-out head shot that killed him, so he could not have thrown the weapon over there. If LE or SS moved the weapon, then why is there nobody on the roof? If this photo was taken later after the LE and SS people had vacated the roof, then why is there no blood flow from the deceased down the roof as we saw in the body cam video?

Yes, everyone, including myself, should strive to be as accurate as possible when offering their analysis. The use of proper terminology is part of the process. I note the other day the FBI Director of all people used the term ‘cartridge’ to describe what was found on the roof and then he tried to inflate the number to eight. A cartridge is an unspent round, complete with its brass casing, a bullet, powder and primer. I doubt that is what Wray was actually talking about. The term ‘shell’ is a term that doesn’t really go with rifle ammo, it relates to shotgun ammo.

The photo of the dead shooter suggests someone moved the head(and body) because the blood trail is flowing up on the face. It also appears the deceased’s teeth are missing which is an interesting anomaly. Furthermore, an interview of a trauma physician elsewhere in this post pointed out that a head shot with a high powered round from a distance would explode the head spreading blood and debris over several feet which is not visible on the white roof surface. The absence of teeth would suggest the deceased killed himself with a round in the mouth but there is no handgun present. Did he do it with the AR which might explain why the weapon is distant from the body or was the weapon moved by LE as a safety precaution? We need a legitimate autopsy to be performed.

If that blurred image is Crook's head, I would have expected those casings to travel a bit further to the right even if the rifle was propped on the roof ridge. That supposes an off the shelf AR with factory loads.

I still think this was a planned assassination attempt, and Crooks was the patsy.

I haven't seen anybody discuss Crooks wound(s) beyond a presumed entry wound above his left eye. That doesn't seem to fit the narrative for a water tower patsy kill shot.

Is the DS going to share a complete autopsy report with the public? So far, so bad.

Would Crooks have begun his exit? He does seem to be about four feet from the crest of the roof, from where I imagine he'd be shooting. A stage-area rooftop counter-sniper shot wouldn't likely push Crooks back from the highest point on the roof, would it? That does seem to argue for Crooks already having begun his reverse bear crawl exit. But doesn't that decrease his visibility to the stage area counter-snipers with every inch of that steeply-sloped roof?

What could those counter-snipers possibly have been waiting for? The unknown, possibly fake claim of the would-be whistleblower, Jonathan Willis (?) suggests he was not allowed to shoot, even having had the shooter in his sights for "at least three minutes." Let's hear a better from the USSS. Let's also hear the testimony of all the counter-snipers, under whistleblower protection if they want it.

I've heard some people try to read into vague video images of things supposedly happening at the water tower, but I've not seen or heard of people near to it saying that they're certain they saw possible shooters up on the tower that day. Either we hear from people seeing such with their direct sight, or "we got nothin'" on that score.
