Its been reported he has had 6 boosters. He is very possibly having micro strokes in his brain from the spike proteins.
I do not believe Biden or anyone high up in government actually got the nMRA Covid-19 vaccines. He most likely got some kind of placebo shots on camera.
Also, Biden has a history of having strokes long before covid-19 was around. I believe he even had at least one operation.
