if it’s the same pic I’ve seen I think it shows Crooks was hit in the back of the head, blowing his teeth out. Obviously I could be wrong but it looks like the blood flow came from the back of the head. This would point to the shooter from the window, which was behind crooks, not to the sniper on the roof in front of crooks
He looks more like the other guy. Starts with a Y
It looked to me like he was hit in the chest and bled put his chest and mouth. His head looked intact but his shirt was soaked in blood.

Or more specifically to the side of Crooks....
What I was looking for in this video was evidence of bullet holes in the roof..... What I mean by that is a line of sight that would suggest that the path of a bullet would have ended up in the roof. At the 4 second mark, there is a view of roughly where the sniper was located as viewed from the second story window. In this view, it appears that if Crooks head was high enough, the bullet could have cleared the roof after going through him.
