Ok. But if the mic was near the podium, it would be near the counter-snipers. How then, do you get a sound signature that puts the shooter of those two shots around 3x further away than Crooks? The counter-snipers were probably within 30 yards of the podium.

The big factor is that the SS knew a threat was on the roof and still let Trump take the stage. This was a criminal act to get Trump killed.

There is a relatively simple but tedious way to determine the number of shooters and where they were located. Gather as many cell phone videos from people at the event as possible and strain both the video and audio through a computer analysis, then break down the millisecond by millisecond progression with a relatively straight forward algorithm to determine the exact timing of the shots fired. This is done in many large cities with microphones scattered at various locations in the aria to triangulate the location of a gunshot. The accompanying cell phone video gives the exact location of the receiving cell phone mike. Problem solved. Can I have my cigar now?
One was the would be assassin, the other two were snipers that took him out.

Crooks was obviously an amateur and it is my sense that he got placed for a patsy, the Lee Harvey Oswald kind of patsy.

Possibly.... If that was the case, Crooks would end up taking a bullet in his head as he peered over the roof and who knows where the bullet is. If he was a patsy and was taken out by another member of ‘the assassin team’, I suspect that there would be a bullet hole in the roof somewhere.
I can’t find the link, but there is conclusive evidence that the second shooter was actually Big Foot on board a flying saucer that just came from the Bermuda Triangle.
That’s why they called it triangulated gun fire.
Not trying defend or discredit any particular interpretation, just looking for all sides of the debate.
There was only one shooter allowed by the SS to take shots at Trump. ONLY one. And he’s dead. The focus should be on the deliberate access given to the shooter by the SS. They are evil and corrupt for doing so.

Shockingly, no one is asking your obvious question. Senator Johnson’s letter sent today to Garland, Mayorkas and Wray asks how many bullet’s have been located. It does not ask how many shell casings were found next to Crooks’ body. But Johnson’s letter indicates that Beaver County SWAT operators and other local law enforcement were on the roof along with at least 1 SS agent examining Crooks body. I think this is Johnson’s way of telling the Feds, we know how many shots Crooks fired because we’ve counted the casings, without giving away that number. This will keep the FBI investigators honest if that is possible.
The Johnson letter is a huge development, because it is clear that it is written with information from the local SWAT/snipper and police. It sets boundary conditions on the USSS’s account and the FBI’s investigation. It in effect hems them in. Since the assassination attempt, the Feds made three huge blunders, 1) not holding press conferences or congressional briefings in an attempt to pretend they have nothing to hide, 2) throwing the local police under the bus and 3) not getting their version of events out before the local police.
That doesn’t seem so smart, it’s obvious that Crook was one of them plus a secret service sniper and a police officer who says he shot 1+1+1=3.....
