In the aftermath of the attempted assassination of President Trump, federal law enforcement can’t figure out a motive for the shooter, and they can’t get into all the details of his phone, but they’re 100% sure that he acted alone.
What does not make sense is how a 20-year-old nursing home food attendant managed to find one spot with a direct line of sight to President Trump and how Thomas Crooks managed to know of all the ongoing security lapses and failures that day, including the reassignment of the Secret Service to Jill Biden, who had a function in Pittsburgh the same day.
Another part of the story that makes no sense is that 20-year-old Thomas Crooks, who lived an hour away before he went to the rally, knew that he would need a ladder in order to scale the walls and take a shot at President Trump. According to federal authorities, Crooks stopped at Home Depot on his way to the rally in his hometown of Bethel Park and bought a 5-foot ladder.
Initially, the pictures leaking out from the rally’s aftermath showed a ladder that was in place near where Crooks’ body was found, on top of the American Glass Research manufacturing company warehouse near the Butler Farm Show Airport. But pictured above is a ten-foot ladder, and one that large would not fit in Crooks’ car, so there would be no way for him to get it from Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, to Butler, Pennsylvania.
It also makes no sense how Crooks would have been able to do enough advance research and investigation beforehand to know the security protocols of the Trump rally, and know the details of which building to get on top of, to take sniper shots at Trump.

It sure looks like this evil kid could have positioned himself on that roof far enough to the left side so he would still have line of sight to the podium, but be unseen by the Counter Sniper Team, because there would have been a tree blocking their view of that part of the roof. This sure appears it was all planned out, and of course the shooters possible handlers would do all they could to be unseen and no trace to this. But how do you have so many details set up to allow a shot to be taken? It was not Trump’s regular SS detail that day. They could have had just one Law Enforcement located on the roof at a minimum and or officers walking around the building perimeter at all times. No radio communication between all security detail? Once the shooter was spotted they did not pull Trump off the stage? Was the counter sniper team State Police or SS? Did they have a sight picture on a man with a gun on the roof and not take a shot first? Were they told to stand down by SS sight commander? Why were SS detail moving people away from the back of the stage seconds before the first shot? Did they know a shooter had been spotted? This all stinks to high heaven!!!!
(Google Maps gives the protocols for security details in addition to maps, buildings, vegetative cover, and topography?)
Great point, Jan!
The Gateway Pundit article talks about how Crooks would not have been able to climb up and walk on the Craftsman storage shed because it wouldn’t have held his weight.
But I would be willing to bet that if he had just kept his weight on the edges directly over the sides, it would have held his weight just fine.
These walls are very strong in compression. Got a Rubbermaid version of a similar and it’s the same way.
Yes, it’s the invisible button in the lower right of the screen BUT, you have to be on double-secret probation to use it.
They are trying to find a narrative that polls well but isn’t the truth.
LOL! Yeah, this ought to be good. What ever they come with I’m gonna write it down
It might come in handy.
Crooks almost certainly saw the snipers just above Trump. He had to know that as soon as he fired his weapon that the snipers were going to take him out. This was a suicide mission.
-the mis- and under-staffing
-the missing drones and helos
-the lines-of-sight that weren't safed
-There was no agent on the water tower adjacent to the rally site
-security seeing the shooter multiple times, exhibiting questionable behavior
-the outright warnings from rally goers not heeded
-the official staging building itself not being secure
-that same building being used as the shooter's elevated perch
-local LE climbed up to eyeball the perp on the roof
-the SS snipers apparently had the guy in their scopes and did nothing
-that Trump was not surrounded and taken to safety immediately, with the shooter on the roof with a long rifle
--------indicate that simple incompetence does not explain these failures, and more.
Something bad happened, internally. Fortunately, it was not successful.
-and now we have DHS/Mayorkas running maximum interference in the House investigation of the SS
-Secret Service head Kimberly Cheatle says a 1:6 roof slope (16.6 degrees) is too steep for SS agents to safely position themselves on. This is a nonsense lie.
-3 hours earlier, shooter triggered metal detector with his metal gun range finder. The agents did not ID him and subsequently "lost track of him"
Except that it did, and "security" did nothing despite seeing this guy wandering around.
Good analysis. But I had one question. They said he would not have been able to stand on the roof of the shed because it could only hold 20 pounds per square foot. While they showed that the manual states not to put anything on the roof, they did not tell where they got the 20 pounds per square foot figure.
That’s the question I’ve been asking...it’s one thing for an amateurish vulnerability to have been left wide open, it’s another for an amateur to know the vulnerability is there and exploit it on the only opportunity he’ll have.
The odds are just ridiculously low that nobody else was involved.

The shooter didn’t have to know the security protocols. He just got lucky.

I read the instruction manual and looked up this shed on Lowe’s site and couldn’t find that info either. Sorry, I don’t know where they got it from.
How about a drone?
You can buy drones at Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, eBay, HSN....
It’s not like they’re hard to find.

We must ensure the integrity of the upcoming election<<<<
Amen.
If President Trump is still alive on Tuesday, Nov. 5th., we all know the left is going to cheat like they’ve never cheated before, or try to stop the election.
We are going to witness events the likes of which we’ve never seen before.
May God continue to protect President Trump and his family.
Exactly.
“The buck stops with me” Cheatle thinks we’re gullible goofs.
Have your popcorn ready on July 22nd.

I’m down for that argument and they should have had mobile air that enhances surveillance but, there is zero excuse not to have had 2 men, minimum from the ideal platform that overlooked everyone and everything...
