True! Great POINT! The wind was whipping that day.
No way to tell where he was actually aiming. Could have been center mass. The kid was laying on a hot roof, knew he’d been spotted by people on the ground, had been confronted by a cop, and likely knew he’d be blown to a flinder seconds after he pulled the trigger. Not ideal circumstances for an aimed shot. So, he could have “missed” by a foot, foot and a half, and hit the ear.
