this makes sense. Someone said that the reason the sniper moved his head from the scope was that he may have seen something that didn’t compute. Perhaps he saw the LEO and had to assess what was happening. These are split second decisions we are talking about and if he shot a LEO his ass would be handed to him.

That the male moved his eyes off scope shows he was not trained for the role of counter sniper.

Part of the role of counter sniper is recon of his assigned area through his scope and aided by a spotter.

He would Not have better visual @130 yards of a target by coming off scope.
