CNN's Dana Bash was quick to jump in and DENY that there is any evidence of the Joe Biden regime conducting LAWFARE against its political opponents despite the multiple attempts to bring President Donald Trump to trial in the months leading into the November election. Not a bit of curiosity on the part of CNN as to why the #3 guy in the DOJ, Matthew Colangelo, downgraded himself to a local attorney in the Manhattan DA's office to prosecute Trump nor why Fani Willis' boy toy Nathan Wade of Fulton County, GA was meeting with a White House official. Naw! Don't bother to even think about that and other evidence while vigorously denying that Biden had anything to do with Lawfare.

I have an idea, perhaps when Trumps wins he can do exactly the same lawfare against Joe Biden and his family, then the left will scream “He’s doing lawfare” uh NO, he’s doing EXACTLY what Biden did to him
There is no doubt whatsoever in the minds of those of us who have seen political dirty tricks pulled many times in the past by “liberals” (today known as “progressives”). Lawfare is just a cumulative result of these political dirty tricks raised to a whole new level.
Lawfare need not be for actual crimes, and there is strong indication that no crimes were committed on the part of the defendants. But by twisting the wording of the law, an apparent otherwise harmless mistake or lapse of judgment is magnified into a serious felony or even capital offense in the imagination of the “prosecutors”, and the accompanying public revelations are pictured as a catastrophic and flagrant disregard for law and order. Never mind that the logic is flawed, or that any precedents are only of very marginal influence, and actually have no bearing on the facts at hand, by excluding any exculpatory evidence or counterarguments, the hands of the defense are pushed aside, and the “prosecution” becomes a full-blown persecution.
The judge, far from being a disinterested party, takes the side of the prosecuting authority, and instructs the jury accordingly. There is no answer as to what is right or wrong, or even legal or not legal. There is only the verdict, and punishment to be meted out, the more harsh, the better. This is not justice, in any way, shape, form or manner. It is bullying, raised to its near ultimate level, and a complete perversion of the police power vested in every constituted government ever devised by the mind on man.
A command-and-control regime at its very worst.

The left accused of something? What evidence?!?! Where is the smoking gun? Where is the video verified by ten people? And even then, it’s a cheap fake.
I am increasingly reminded these days of a quote by Peru’s General Óscar Benavides: “For my friends, everything; for my enemies, the law.”
Except: Trump will be doing it according to the Constitution and all the lesser laws.
