In my part of Florida, I’d add the first 2 weeks of September, too. I don’t know if it is just me or not, but I think that’s on of the hottest times of year for us. Could be I’m just ready for a break from summer at that point.

Though some folks do not get it, my favorite:

They have a very short window of time to get their brief clip of Biden forcefully reading from a teleprompter. If they decide to stick with him, I suspect his campaigning will consist of 2 or 3 tele-prompted speeches a day lasting at most, 5 minutes and separated by 2-3 hours to allow him time to crash and be re-medicated before each one.
Even in this short speech he started slurring his words and talking gibberish, but there were at least a few soundbites that the press can selectively choose to claim that Biden’s “sharp as he’s ever been”, “intensely probing”, and vigorous, etc..
If people want to be fooled, they’ll be fooled. But for many, who were genuinely naive about Biden’s decline, and had accepted the media’s assurances that all was well, there’ll be no putting the genie back in the bottle, now that they’ve seen the real Biden with their own eyes.
Are the climate change deniers endangering the rest of us? Are we losing our patience?
