I had been wondering what to hope for in this ruling because, I thought, if they ruled there is no Presidential immunity then Obama, Clinton, Biden, and Bush could all be prosecuted. But I also recognized the argument that Trump was making.

I certainly think so. The only clarification is that 'civil' law enforcement in your comment should probably be 'civilian' law enforcement or something. He can be tried for both civil liability and criminal liability if Congress determines (through impeachment/removal from office) that he was guilty of acts not properly within the duties and authority of the President.
