SEAL Team 6 isn’t available for comment because they were wiped out in Extortion 17 after Biden revealed their identity as the Bin Laden raid team. Which is relevant if we’re talking about vice presidents revealing classified information which puts our national security at risk...
My understanding is that when a President uses his power/duties for illegal purposes such as getting rid of his political enemies the process to hold him/her accountable is impeachment. After a President is convicted in impeachment proceedings he/she can then be prosecuted by civil law enforcement. So if official acts are treasonous or felonious it can still be addressed. It just has to be done through officials who are accountable to the voters.

More or less. The Senate decides the verdict and if it is significant enough to remove the person from office. If decided it is, they can also strip away immunity and any pensions.......................

All of this crap is based entirely on the verbal farting of the “Wise Latina,” Justice Sotomayor. Nothing in the majority opinion justified anything like this.
All of these comments from the left show why they are not to be trusted with any power whatsoever. “Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.” Their minds are diseased and focused on nothing but death, destruction, and demonic plots.
They are continually projecting, convinced that everyone else is as sick and twisted as they are and therefore must be planning to do what they, themselves, have been committed to doing for years.
Clearly the way Joe would kill his political opponent is not via Seal Team 6. He would have his DOJ send their top guy to a state DA’s office to prosecute the political enemy for non-crimes and then send him to Rikers where he is Epsteined.
That way he’s surely get away with it - even without this SCOTUS decision.
Or he’d send a SWAT team to Mar-A-Lago with lethal force authorized.
I doubt whether few if any members of the US military would participate in political assassination or fire on their fellow citizens. Quite the opposite Icould see mass mutiny if such orders were given by any president.
