Five mental health professionals, some of whom already accused Donald Trump of being “dangerous,” prepared a risk assessment for New York state Judge Juan Merchan to consider in his July 11 sentencing decision on Trump, according to forensic psychiatrist Dr. Bandy X. Lee, a longtime critic of the former president.
It isn’t clear whether all five are psychiatrists or may have other training. Their risk assessment could be a factor in the severity of Merchan’s sentence for Trump in Manhattan Criminal Court, which could be up to 20 years in prison for all 34 felony counts on which he was convicted last month.
Lee edited the book “The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump: 37 Psychiatrists and Mental Health Experts Assess a President,” first released in 2017. In May, she published a new book titled “The Psychology of Trump Contagion: An Existential Threat to American Democracy and All Humankind.”

Trump primarily lived/lives and worked/works in Democratic strongholds.
The Amendment VI district requirement makes it very difficult to get a conviction.
If they committed a crime via phone say in a country cabin in a place where people don’t depend on ‘rat welfare, the DoJ might get a conviction.
Trump needs to think of these less than worthless people as mosquitos and gnats and move on to Make America Great Again.

1. Trump was on trial for non-violent paperwork errors.
2. When has Trump ever assaulted anyone, or even threatened to do so?
3. It appears that Merchan is again engaging in expert communications - when do Trump’s lawyers get to cross examine these guys; when do they get to present their witnesses in this phase?
This guy needs to not just be removed from the bench, but disbarred.
Of course, Hillary Clinton also had a lot of trouble recalling things when she was questioned as well.
Wasn’t the election interference for the 2020 election? Those payments were in 2017. It was too early in 2017 for Trump to be hiding payments for the 2020 election. He hadn’t even won the nomination.
I doubt that Trump knew those payments were for the NDA. If he did, Cohen would have been fired on the spot for letting Stormy Daniels blackmail him for $130,000. I suspect Cohen and Daniels hatched this price so that he could get part of the take. Hence, Trump’s lack of control of the matter.

I hope the low-like sack of communist crap (Judge Juan Merchan) is looking over his shoulder for the rest of his life. The US does not need a modern-day Roland Freisler.
The prediction here is that this third world banana republic judge will put Trump in jail. Hope Trump’s legal team is up to being able to do all they can do to spring him. Incarcerating Trump will cause a national emergency.
