They actually had to cut Resident Biden’s mumblings off a couple of times, because I guess he wasn’t paying attention to how much time was left.
I almost didn’t watch because of how moderators have always conducted themselves during debates. The Republican nominee debates the moderator instead. So, I agree - they did their job properly for once.
