The debate mods were in a tough spot - if they cut Trump off, Dementia Joe had to speak, and if they cut Joe off, it’s more time for Trump.
As soon as I switched between news outlets and heard the same narrative over and over again, I knew this was all a setup and Joe didn’t see it coming.
It was his last chance to either perform well and defeat Trump - or the other option had already been prepared and shared, take down Biden.
Now it won’t stop. Donations will dry up and Joe is going to be forced out. The elites have decided. I can’t imagine this narrative would have been planned without also having a replacement ready.

I highly doubt it will be Michelle. She has repeatedly stated she isn’t interested, she hated the spotlight as First Lady - she knows exactly what a Presidency will look like. She wants her private life.
Besides, this isn’t 2008 or 2014, Barack doesn’t have the shine he once did and the voting patterns of black people are changing. I don’t think Michelle has the pull some might think.
My bet is Gov. Whitmer or Newsome.
The Democrats have a few lesser-known governors who might be able to pose as centrists and could perhaps do better than Newsom but it would be hard so late in the game to make them viable--and the Bernie supporters would not like a moderate nominee.
That could be. My niece said she met Michelle Obama once, by the way. She (or he, we don’t know for sure) was out with her (or his) kids (or stepkids) one Halloween, so my niece said. She was once an intern for the DNC.
