The Judge: “Where on the attachments do you see a call for violence?” Cannon said.
My question as well. They accuse Trump of calling for violence but give no evidence of him having done so. Smith’s team gives vague instances of threats against government officials but do not connect them to Trump.
The prosecution can have democrats issue threats and then blame Trump for those threats and demand the judge issue a gag order (which I suspect is what happens in most cases).
Yep.
If I was a J6 defendant I would say that I listened to Trump tell us to peacefully and patriotically make our voices heard and that’s exactly what I did, until they fired rubber bullets at a peaceful, innocent crowd. Then I remembered that Kamala Harris had said that it is patriotic to riot, especially in response to law enforcement unlawfully hurting innocent people. As a lawyer she would know that she could be disbarred for suborning illegal behavior so what she said must have been right since she suffered no consequences for saying it. So I realized that Kamala was right, and to obey Trump and be patriotic I had to heed Kamala’s incitement and riot.
Agree and agree.
