Yes, this is why recruiting thousands of people to be poll watchers will have no effect on the election fraud, which takes place after 'Rat election officials clear the room of anyone that would be inclined to do something about it. Also, poll watchers aren't standing at ballot drop-off boxes to catch the fraudsters dropping off piles of completed ballots, and they aren't around at 3 AM when vans full of ballots make their drop-offs for the post-election steal.
