Perfect summation of Neocon policy. But the problem is that while the Neocons and Western leaders were busy reading the seminal work “The End of History”, the rest of the world was not. What the Neocons are now learning is that “The End of History” no longer exists, if it ever did, and the US is simply no longer on the TOP OF THE WORLD, regardless of what they Neocons may want.

I actually was in the vicinity of Haile Selassie as a 19 year old. He was walking his dog on the other side of the street where I was at on a US Army post in Ethiopia. The post was called Kagnew Station located in Asmara which is now Eritrea.
This was where I learned what being poor really was, where all people owned is what they could carry on their backs and camels.
No kidding. Strangely enough, I know a bunch of Ethiopians. For the most part, they are American normies. In fact, most of my family friends send their American Ethipian kids back to the old country to be with family to understand how hard it was for them to get where the are.
