Seeing videos via a generally protective media is one thing but they are up close talking with him. So they get the full extent.
They usually don’t say things like that because anything that’s bad for America is mostly good for them.
I’d bet he uses a walker behind closed doors.
These diplomats have to know that Biden is just a puppet. So it really doesn’t matter how alert Biden is on any given day. I wonder if these diplomats know (for sure) who the puppet-master is.
If so, I wish they’d tell me. I’m really curious.
