I think the judge was just following protocol, and this will turn out to be a troll.
Even if he’s a troll by posting that comment before the verdict he damaged Trump. This makes any subsequent appeal much smoother.
I tend to agree. Seems too on-the-nose.
But if the court wanted to seriously investigate the matter, would they not need to subpoena FakeBook and ISP records to establish the authenticity of the user, the relationship to the juror, etc.? What are the chances FakeBook would comply?
