ALERT: Alex Jones just broadcast today that government is right now in the process of attempting to illegally seize the InfoWars studios, to put locks on the doors, then force liquidate all broadcast assets, to silence @RealAlexJones . Alex slept in his studio last night and has publicly said he would call local police to stop the illegal federal raid on his studios. Details are coming in slowly, situation is uncertain. Depends on the assets, if they are not mortgaged to the hilt, there could be significant value from seizing his assets.
The lawsuit and judgement against him are insane and totally unwarranted.
My wife was a bankruptcy attorney, a lot of time people filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy have significant value in their fixed assets. Her job in bankruptcy was to seize those assets, sell them and pay the debtors on prorated basis.
