Some may find comfort in that statement but I am not one of them. Roberts could have prevented this whole mess instead he blocked any inquiry into the whole stolen election fiasco.
Sotomayor’s Circuit Court assignment covers New York.
Gotcha.
2 minutes after the first news of the jury verdict, I was on the phone with a staffer of my congressman. They were watching it moment by moment and unlike Gateway Pundit they knew that he was convicted on all 34 charges.
I was a bit hostile with him (we’ve talked before), he cautioned me to be careful what I said about it.
He told me that the congressmen were at that moment drafting a letter about the case. I’ve seen nothing in the new about that.
I did tell him that Congress must go to the Supreme Court and convince them to fix this. Yes, they will try to avoid dealing with it.
“(although I’m considering switching to the Declaration).”
Very sobering consideration, but you are not alone in having the impulse. In Texas that instinct is always simmering just below the water level. (Texit)
None of that is a good solution, but there is a point there may be no other option. The total lawlessness of Current situation in DC, makes it even more appealing.
I want no part of that, but if it happens, I’m on board.
Would appreciate your thoughts on my question.
Yes, on September 17, 1861, the moment the Maryland Legislature was forcibly prevented from meeting, a Constitutional crisis was initiated which required a lot of paint and plaster to repair after April 1865 and which some believe has never really been put right.
Sotomayor represents the district where the appeal to SCOTUS originates from.
She would have to be the one who accepts the emergency appeal, and I don’t she’s do it.
