Thanks to both of you. I stand corrected...
Went to WinRed's website and read the details. Now you can choose to whom you want your donation to go to in entirely, aside from their 3.94% processing fee which is fine by me. A year ago, or so, they gave a portion of donations to the RNC. Apparently now they don't.
