“Bush v Gore there was an emergency appeal to the USSC that overruled a Florida supreme Court ruling. Don’t think it’s just a New York matter. USSC will rule on constitutional issues over state courts.”

Yes - from the Florida Supreme Court. This isn’t going to see the SCOTUS until after the New York Court of Appeals decides what to do:

28 USC 1257:

(a) Final judgments or decrees rendered by the highest court of a State in which a decision could be had, may be reviewed by the Supreme Court by writ of certiorari where the validity of a treaty or statute of the United States is drawn in question or where the validity of a statute of any State is drawn in question on the ground of its being repugnant to the Constitution, treaties, or laws of the United States, or where any title, right, privilege, or immunity is specially set up or claimed under the Constitution or the treaties or statutes of, or any commission held or authority exercised under, the United States.

No procedure exists to take it from any other State Court.

Mark Levin describes a possible procedure that does just that:

You're thinking like Trump's lawyers: "we'll follow this procedure, file this motion, argue this fine point of law, wait for a ruling, file an appeal, sit back and wait to see if it's taken up..."

Meanwhile they are getting steamrolled by 'rats.

The rats are playing nuclear war, while we're playing checkers, and we're getting clobbered!

Stop being the stupid party.
