Bush v Gore there was an emergency appeal to the USSC that overruled a Florida supreme Court ruling. Don’t think it’s just a New York matter. USSC will rule on constitutional issues over state courts.

Seems the Cartels spent billions of dollars to keep the borders open by buying the American Gov’t. They own the Dems, Judicial Branch, Legislative Branch and Executive Branch.
