I agree but SCOTUS, from what I've heard, won't get the case until after the election. Although Levin said it could be fast-tracked to SCOTUS, but others have disagreed.

I have no doubt that will be the eventual outcome (any guilty verdict overturned in higher court) but I don't think it will happen anytime soon, most likely not even before the election.
