Yes I get that he was probably distracted by the judge while driving, and that was probably not a good thing.
Judge should have understood and asked him to come down in person when he was done.

Bottom line, the judge had had enough Profiles In Stupidity from this guy. His bail was revoked and he was sent to jail to think about how he went wrong.

It turns out, this man was not driving with a suspended license. His license was reinstated two years ago, but a clerical error never updated his record.
