Juan Merchan doesn’t care if any conviction gets appealed. He doesn’t care about any scrutiny or outrage about his unhinged conduct and lawless orders.
He wants (1) his name in the history books as judge in first criminal conviction of a former president and (2) help his daughter drum up more lucrative business deals with Democrats.

More importantly, he wants to be the judge in the trial that makes Trump a convicted felon.
That will likely happen but it may not turn out quite the way he hopes.
I have never ever heard of such instructions to a jury that they do not need a unanimous decision.......What if it’s 6/6 or 8/4?................
How the “f” is this remotely legal?
Typical turd-world foreigner we have let become a judge.
So five minutes before jury deliberations AND AFTER closing statements the evil bastard judge finally gives the jury crimes to pick and chose?
OUtrageous. The rule of law is DEAD in this country.
The judge keeps handing Trump’s defense team more grounds for appeal if the jury comes back with a guilty verdict.
we’ve seen precisely zero evidence of any crime whatsoevee
but these jury instructions are good news
they mean that
just in case there’s any conviction, it will be a mistrial
then the DemoCommieNazis will have to decide whether to “try again” or not
every time they bring false charges against DJT, it raises his vote
methinks (can’t know, but think) that the DNC will “get it”.. that their abuse of the law and judicial system has been guaranteeing the D party’s loss in November
Indeed even third world countries courts are giving it WTF.
Your verdict, on each count you consider, whether guilty or not guilty, must be unanimous. In order to find the defendant guilty, however, you need not be unanimous on whether the defendant committed the crime personally, or by acting in concert with another, or both.
Although you must conclude unanimously that the defendant conspired to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means, you need not be unanimous as to what those unlawful means were. In determining whether the defendant conspired to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means, you may consider the following: (1) violations of the Federal Election Campaign Act otherwise known as FECA; (2) the falsification of other business records; or (3) violation of tax laws.
