If Biden were to be questioned about the incident in Ashley’s diary, he would probably blame Trump. Everything that was/is not working in Biden’s favor, is something left behind by Trump. like the ‘bad economy’ and ‘high inflation’ and ‘broken border’ and Afghanistan and Iran, etc.
And, some DOJ investigator would likely find no fault on Biden’s side, since ‘he’s an elderly man with poor memory’ who has no recollection of that Ashley incident ever happening.

The FBI went after O’keefe the same day as Roberta Kaplan came out with comments on the diary.
As for the judge’s claim that O’Keefe has no sources to protect, that isn’t true- there is at least one FBI whistleblower involved.
