They built the Empire State Bldg in under a Year during the depression. My family’s bricklaying company had a contract with them. Knowing them - much later in life- I am sure there were women involved in the project as their talent and experience led them. I am sure they were valuable to the effort.
I suppose men can be overwhelming at times with their way of thinking. I wirk with predominantly women in hospital work my whole life. Is there anything that makes them better at running things than men do?

To put anyone in charge of a project because of their appearance or their basic biology is insanity.
How about women in charge of war planning?
