How about women in charge of war planning?

Women have talents and should be able to go where that talent and education takes them
To hire just for gender didn’t work before when only men were hired for positions and it doesn’t work now
In my hospital there are prob more than 50% women doctors. Women of course have attributes that make them naturally good at being doctors. There is like zero difference in their capabilities. Were they put in there just for their gender? In general maybe yes maybe not. But this is the best organization I’ve ever worked for
