Trump’s attorneys filed a motion for mistrial on Thursday after Stormy Daniels took the witness stand.

Stormy Daniels took the witness stand again Thursday in Alvin Bragg’s lawfare ‘hush money’ trial against Trump in New York City.

Trump’s attorneys on Tuesday moved for a mistrial over Stormy Daniels’ testimony, but the crooked judge rejected it.

“What’s the jury to do with that? It’s still extraordinarily prejudicial to insert safety — safety concerns into a trial about business records. There’s no way to unring the bell in our view,” Trump’s attorney Todd Blanche argued.

“As a threshold matter, Mr. Blanche, I agree that there were things that would have been better left unsaid. I think the witness was a little difficult to control,” Judge Merchan said, according to ABC News.

This preserves it for appeal. The federal appeal courts are are gonna bitch slap Merchan if the state appeal courts don’t do it first.

That’s the only saving grace in this travesty show trial.

I hope he sues Bragg and the state of New York for malicious prosecution when he’s president and recruits a whole slate of maga candidates to flip the city and the state red.

That’s my fantasy and I’m sticking to it.

There has to be a strategic reason Trump’s lawyers did not object. The judge chided them for NOT objecting. It’s all too weird.

Here are a few reasons:

1. The defense had several pre-trial motions to suppress or limit the Daniels testimony, and the judge denied them all. Why continue to object during her testimony, only for the judge to continue to deny them again and give the testimony the imprimatur of legitimacy?

2. If the defense continuously objects to the Daniels testimony, it gives the jury the impression that President Trump has something to hide. That's why those motions are made pre-trial.

3. It's the judge's courtroom and he's the one responsible for maintaining order. If he thought that Bragg was straying outside of the boundaries that Merchan set based on defense pre-trial motions, it was up to him to stop Bragg in real time, not the defense. Making the defense do it only prejudices the jury against President Trump.

just did some investigation on her films......she is not all that helpless. She does utilize protection.
