Trump’s attorneys moved for a mistrial over Stormy Daniels’ testimony, but the crooked judge rejected it.
“What’s the jury to do with that? It’s still extraordinarily prejudicial to insert safety — safety concerns into a trial about business records. There’s no way to unring the bell in our view,” Trump’s attorney Todd Blanche argued.
“As a threshold matter, Mr. Blanche, I agree that there were things that would have been better left unsaid. I think the witness was a little difficult to control,” Judge Merchan said, according to ABC News.
Merchan added, “I don’t believe we’re at the point where a mistrial is warranted. I’m also surprised that there were not more objections.”

Can it be appealed right away in some manner without waiting for this clown? How much abuse can a judge heap upon a defendant before a superior court intervenes?

That, and he wants to be worshipped as ‘the man who took down Trump’ by hordes of adoring Dims. Never need to buy another drink at a Dim-run bar, etc.

God has been exposing the corruption of prosecutors, and judges in several cases against Trump now- Hopefully Trump will be fully vindicated and be able to seek compensation for what he has had to endure at the hands of corrupt prosecutors and judges! Evil can only triumph if God allows it- but it looks like He is not allowing it in several cases now-
Because he produced a reality TV show and that included meeting contestants. And she asked for a meeting to pitch him an idea. He didn’t like her proposal.

No! Merchan refusal to allow for a mistrial today has Trump locked in until the jury gets the case.

I think Merchan digging a hole might be a reason to declare a mistrial. Better to have a mistrial for the Dems than a not guilty verdict.
