NY Dem Who Voted For Law Meant to Ensnare President Trump Now Says Law is Unconstitutional After Rape Suit Against Him

When Democrat politicians in New York passed the Adult Survivors Act to punish Donald Trump and provide the ability for E. Jean Carroll to go after Trump 30 years later, their Trump Derangement Syndrome blinded them to how it might impact them.

The now-expired act allowed alleged victims to file civil lawsuits against their accused attackers within a specific window, even if the state’s statute of limitations had run out on their claims.

In November, The Gateway Pundit reported on allegations of sexual assault against embattled New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) stemming from an incident in 1993.

Now, Kevin Parker, a Democrat state senator representing Brooklyn, is calling the Adult Survivors Act unconstitutional, and yet he voted for it.

The accusation against him occurred just before the law expired and stems from an incident in 2004.

Stalin was stunned when 134 of the Old Bolsheviks, or a third of the Party Central Committee, voted for his rival, Sergei Kirov who hysterically denied his candidacy. Stalin arranged for a revote and after some head-twisting by the NKVD (the model for our FBI), there were still three votes against Stalin on the second secret ballot. Not knowing who the three were, Stalin had almost the entire Central Committee membership “tried” in a kangaroo court and at best, sent to the gulags.

Just goes to show you ,that 80$ million judgment against Trump was nothing but a sham. It should be tossed out along with the judge that denied his motion to dismiss.

At times it’s constitutional. At other times, it isn’t.

I’m trying to figure out which state has the most corrupt DOJ. I was thinking California, but now maybe New York. But then again Minnesota and Michigan are gaining ground. Tough one.

Sure, but the most corrupt? Maybe the same as where Soros spent the most buying judges, lawyers, and prosecutors. That could be N.Y. where they don’t care about Statute of Limitations and make up laws as they go along. I’m not sure about the Muslims in Minn. and Mich. though. Don’t know if Soros bought them also.

Democrats are simps and rapists at the same time.

Bill Clinton too got sued by Paula Jones and the Monica thing after he boasted about advancing laws against workplace harassment….

The DOJ does not expect its abuses of the law and what not to affect it…

Typical technocratic schizophrenia…

Zero connection with higher divinity or lateral family-mindedness, all is about the technical mumbo jumbo and how to get away from it,

Good point. I grew up in Brooklyn in the 50s and 60s, and weep for what my native city has become. Probably a strong contender for most corrupt city would be Chicago - the whole state, for what it's worth.

Yeah, I forgot all about Chicago, kind of a blend of the left and east coast corruption. Brooklyn N.Y. I used to love that place. My brother-in-law was from the Bensonhurst section which was mostly Italian back then. Mostly Ukrainian now I understand. Some great seafood places in Sheepshead Bay, don’t know if they’re still there.
