I can’t figure out why Bragg did not have to provide a clear statement of the whatever laws Trump is charged with violating, and provide a witness list before the trial even began.

How can a defendant prepare a defense without knowing the charge?

How can a Grand Jury indict anyone with the critical violation of law left “to be determined”?

Have Trump’s attorneys filed motions to dismiss the case over these issues?

Yes they have. All denied by Judge Juan.

Judge Juan even characterized NDAs as unusual and suspect t9o the jury and when the defence tried to object to say that NDAs are used all the time as a matter of course in the corporate world , and in civil litigation settlements, Judge Juam shut them right up and instructed defense consel not to tamper with the jury, he would tell them what the law was, not the TRump attys.

This is a kangaroo court of vast proportions.A trial right out of Kafka.
