Things changed for the worse in Delaware after the absentee vote elected Biden to President (when Trump won the walk-in vote), because those state offices riding on the tails of his victory also overcame the conservative dominance of the state firearms code and passed new very restrictive gun laws afterward. These actually put Delaware way farther up in the “worst” list than this article admits, IMHO.

New Mexico used to be pretty good on gun rights, but it’s taken a hard left turn over the last couple decades. It started going downhill after Gary Johnson was term-limited out of office.

They shouldn't have made that left turn at Albuquerque.

I think the left turn was in Santa Fe.

Wisconsin is about as good as it gets. Ditto for AZ EXCEPT for their “Shannon’s Law”.

Some state governors believe they are the new Andrew Jackson in his statement ... “John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it,”

So they are doing the same with gun control. “Let the Supreme Court enforce it!” appears to be their attitude.

I’m on the east coast, and would probably move to NH if I could. They are about the best on the east coast right now. I’m originaly from Maine, which used to be really great for gun owners, but the state is going left unfortunately. Hope they can get back to their conservative roots before liberals mess the state up irreversably.

Michigan #10?

Everyone I know in MI is heavily armed. They don’t give a flying fig what anti-gun laws are passed by the weenie state legislature.

Illinois here. Imagine my joy! I watch gunblue490 on youtube and envy New Hampshire residents! Guess we have to keep the faith and hope SCOTUS saves the day.

Yep- Agree- Th left however are ignoring SC rulings though- and doing whatever they want- NY is a perfect example- hochul got slapped down by SC and just reworded her previous bans on guns, and so far has gotten away with it- they just keep rewording in order to get around SC rulings- sometimes they just ignore the rulings altogether
